Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kilele ("The Platform"). The Platform is an exclusive, invitation-only community designed for high-net-worth individuals and curated companions. By applying for membership or using The Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Kilele.

Please read these Terms strictly. Violation of these terms may result in immediate expulsion from The Platform without refund.

1. Membership & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Platform.
  • Membership is not guaranteed. Kilele reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant at its sole discretion.
  • You warrant that all information provided during the vetting process (including ID and income verification) is accurate and truthful.
  • Membership is non-transferable.

2. Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, solicitation of illegal acts, or breach of confidentiality.

  • **Respect:** Interactions must remain respectful and consensual at all times.
  • **Confidentiality:** Sharing other members' photos, messages, or identities outside The Platform is strictly prohibited.
  • **No Solicitation:** The Platform is for managing dates and companionship. Solicitation of illegal services is grounds for an immediate ban and reporting to authorities.

3. Fees & Payments

**Vetting Fees:** The initial application fee covers the cost of background checks and manual review. It is non-refundable, regardless of admission decision.
**Concierge Fees:** Facilitation fees for date arrangements are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed by both parties.

4. Liability

Kilele acts solely as an introductory concierge service. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member offline. You agree to take necessary precautions when meeting other members.

5. Termination

Kilele reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause. Illegal activity or violation of the privacy of others will result in a permanent ban.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kilele is incorporated.
